Our Services

Study abroad services in Lalitpur, from counselling to boarding pass

One team handles every stage of your journey, so nothing falls through the cracks between choosing a course and boarding your flight.

Career & Course Counselling

We start with your grades, your budget, and what you actually want out of the next few years, not a generic template. Every recommendation is written down so you can compare it against other advice you've received.

Sessions are free and unhurried. Bring your parents; most families need at least one follow-up conversation before a decision this size feels settled.

Academic & budget assessment
Course shortlist with rationale
Written recommendation summary
Follow-up session included

University & Course Selection

We compare universities on the things that actually affect your outcome, including recognised rankings, total cost after scholarships, course accreditation, and what happens to your visa after you graduate.

You'll receive a comparison sheet, not a sales pitch for one partner institution over another.

Ranking & accreditation check
Total cost comparison
Scholarship eligibility review
Post-study work rights explained

Test Preparation Guidance

We're not a test-prep classroom. We tell you exactly which test your target universities accept, the score you need, and how much runway to leave before your application deadline.

Where you need structured classes, we refer you to trusted local partners rather than guessing.

Test & score requirement mapping
Study timeline planning
Referral to trusted prep partners

Application & Admission Processing

Application errors cost intakes. We prepare your Statement of Purpose, review every supporting document, and submit through the correct channel for each university.

You get a shared checklist so you always know what's submitted, pending, or waiting on you.

Visa Documentation & Interview Prep

Most rejections come down to paperwork, not eligibility. We build your file line by line against the embassy's own checklist, then run mock interviews so the real one holds no surprises.

If your file was rejected elsewhere, we'll review it and tell you honestly what needs to change.

Pre-Departure & Post-Arrival Support

The journey doesn't end at the visa stamp. We help you sort accommodation, coordinate airport pickup where available, and run a briefing on banking, SIMs, and settling into student life.

Counsellors stay reachable through your first semester for anything unexpected.

Frequently asked questions

Where is StarBridge Global Educational Consultancy located?

Our office is at Lalitpur-12, Lagankhel, Mangalbazar Road, opposite ABC Complex, Lalitpur, Nepal 44700. You can visit for in-person counselling or book an online session.

How much do your consultancy services cost?

Your first counselling session is always free. Where a fee applies for ongoing document support, we explain it in writing before you commit to anything. There are no hidden charges.

Which countries can StarBridge Global help me study in?

We guide students applying to Australia, the United Kingdom, the USA, Canada, New Zealand, Europe (including Ireland, Germany, and France), Japan, South Korea, and Finland, based on your academic profile, budget, and goals.

How long does the visa process take?

It depends on the embassy and the intake you're applying for. Your counsellor will give you a written checklist and timeline specific to your destination once your file is open.

What are the minimum academic requirements?

Requirements vary by country, university, and course. As a general guide, most undergraduate programmes look for a strong Grade 12 result, while postgraduate programmes require a relevant bachelor's degree. We'll confirm exact thresholds for your shortlist.

Is IELTS mandatory for every destination?

Not always. Some universities accept PTE, TOEFL, or Duolingo, and a few offer waivers under certain conditions. We'll tell you exactly which test (if any) your target universities require.

Can you help with scholarships?

Yes. We review scholarship eligibility as part of your university shortlist and flag application deadlines, since many scholarships close well before the course application itself.

What should I bring to the first meeting?

Your academic transcripts and certificates, a valid passport (or citizenship certificate if you don't have one yet), and a rough sense of your budget. Nothing needs to be finalised. We'll guide you from there.

Your future is one conversation away.
